Do you do free estimates?
Yes we do but we often run specials that give you an extra discount when you order the day of the estimate only. For this reason we suggest that you call in your approximate window sizes so we can price you prior to coming to your home. This way you will be guaranteed the best price available.
Do you charge for installation?
No we do not.
We have a small delivery fee no matter how many windows you are covering.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Checks and Cash.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we have several financing options available.

How long will my order take?
Orders are received in approximately 7-10 working days for blinds, and 6-8 weeks for shutters. These are estimated times only and some orders may take longer. All other products may take up to 14 weeks. Installation will be scheduled once the entire order is received.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are custom made and cannot be
cancelled or changed for any reason.
Will I get a warranty with my window treatments?
Yes, all our products come with a manufactures
lifetime limited warranty.
I’m buying a new home, do I have to use the builders Design Center for my shutters or blinds?
Absolutely not! Our every day low prices can save you hundreds or thousands of dollars and we have a much larger selection. You can even include the cost of window treatments in your new mortgage.
What choices do I have for arched windows?
Shutters or cellular shades can be
made to fit just about any type of arch window.
Is a vertical blind my only option to put over my sliding glass door?
Although a vertical blind is a good choice for sliding glass doors,
we offer a variety of options from shutters to sheers to vertical cellular shades.
What do you suggest for skylights?
Cellular shades or shutters are an
excellent choice for skylights.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders are available by special order only. We do not offer one-day production on all our products for one reason: quality. While we understand you are anxious for your blinds, we also understand you want top quality. We have not met a customer yet that would prefer a sub standard quality blind two days before a top quality blind. Ask yourself this; if a company promises to get your blinds made by the end of business today how much attention can the manufacturer be paying to quality? We believe we have found an equal balance of prompt service while maintaining top quality production standards.
How are repairs handled?
All repairs are handled on a per issue basis. Because of the superior quality of our products, repairs are not a common occurrence. You can contact our customer service department to arrange warranty repairs through the manufacturer.
Will you take my old window treatments down?
Our prices do not include removing your old treatments.
But we can do it for a minimal additional charge.
Will you move my furniture?
Sorry, we are not allowed to move
your furniture or breakables.
